Learn, Persevere, Prepare
Welcome to The Black Swan Project

In a world where we attempt to explain and rationalize day to day events, there are those that occur that are beyond our knowledge that have a vast impact on our lives. Nassim Taleb posited in 2007 that these rare events, termed "Black Swan Events" have occurred many times in history and have had long lasting effects. The Black Swan Project seeks to prevent the negative events from transpiring, respond to said events through research and planning, and protect the innocent from the sinister patterns generated from these events. Our motto, Perceptum ex Preteritus , Persevero in Tendo, Quod Instruo Pro Posterus, is direct and simple: "Learn from the past, Persevere in the Present, and Prepare for the Future"
